1. Eligibility and Account Registration

2. Use of the Service

2.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

2.2. Prohibited Activities include:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind
• Use of automated bots or software to manipulate games
• Collusion with other players
• Attempting to disrupt or damage the Service
• Money laundering or any other financial crimes
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs
• Reverse engineering any part of the Service
• Any activity deemed illegal in your jurisdiction or by us

2.3. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities if deemed necessary, even in a no-KYC environment if activity is harmful to the platform or other users.

2.4. You acknowledge that certain jurisdictions may prohibit online gambling. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.

3. Financial Transactions (Monero - XMR)

3.1. All transactions on the Service (deposits and withdrawals) are conducted exclusively in Monero (XMR), unless otherwise explicitly stated for specific promotions or features.

3.2. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Monero wallet addresses you provide for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions on the Monero network are irreversible. We are not liable for losses incurred due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by you.

3.3. Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits apply as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: No minimum XMR
• Maximum Deposit: — XMR per transaction
• Minimum Withdrawal: 0.05 XMR XMR
• Maximum Withdrawal: 100 XMR XMR per transaction

We aim to process withdrawals promptly, typically within 1-6 hours for automated processing. However, withdrawal times may vary due to Monero network congestion, security reviews, or internal processing requirements. Large withdrawals may require additional verification time.

3.5. Transaction fees:

• Deposits: No fees charged by OrangeChips (network fees apply as determined by the Monero network)
• Withdrawals: 0.0004 XMR XMR fee charged by OrangeChips plus applicable Monero network fees

3.6. All funds must be played through at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering practices. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases like mistaken deposits.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and validity periods. These will be clearly stated for each promotion.

4.2. Wagering and restrictions:

• Wagering requirements, max bet per game type, and any restrictions are stated in each promotion’s terms and prevail over these general Terms.

4.3. You agree to abide by the terms of any bonus or promotion you participate in. 5.3. In the event of a malfunction or system error, affected bets and payouts will be void. We will notify affected players and restore incorrectly deducted funds where applicable.

5.4. Maximum bet limits apply to maintain integrity:

• Live Games: 15% of bonus amount per hand/round

6. Intellectual Property

7.3. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.4. We are not responsible for losses incurred due to your failure to secure your account credentials or from your violation of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8.2. We may restrict features or access if we detect abuse, security risks, or activities that may harm other users or the platform.

8.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination.

8.4. Prohibited Activities include:

• Using VPNs or anonymization to evade restrictions
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities
• Cheating or unfair manipulation of game outcomes
• Manipulating systems or promotions
• Operating multiple accounts

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact customer support first; we strive to respond within 48 hours.

9.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, either party may pursue binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, with the seat of arbitration in a neutral venue.
